We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and passionate individual to join a leading independent agent as a Senior Sales Negotiator at their office in Reading. This agent is very successful in the city and has several well-established offices dotted around the surrounding area.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, what’s in it for you?

Your role as a Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Negotiate sales and handle offers
  • Assist with bringing new properties to the market and carry out valuations
  • Generate new business using the existing database, door knocking and marketing
  • Deliver excellent customer service to purchasers and sellers - people buy from people
  • Assist with sales progression when needed
  • Support your colleagues and work together to achieve the best for the office

What we’re looking for from a Senior Sales Negotiator:

  • Previous residential sales experience is essential – a minimum of 12 months
