Due to internal promotion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-spoken, well-presented and customer service driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of Gloucestershire's top performing independent agents.

Duties:

  • Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Carrying out valuations
  • Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
  • Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
  • Following office procedures & policies
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Registering Applicants and attending viewings
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
  • Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
  • Provide support to the branch manager as required

Experience Needed:

  • A minimum of two years industry experience required
  • Ability to carry out valuations is desirable, though full training can be provided
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
  • A valid driving licence and access to own car is essential
