An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a career driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a top performing independent agent based in Newbury. My clients are one of the areas most respected agents and are looking for a strong Senior Lettings Negotiator who wants to be a part of an award winning team.

Senior Lettings Negotiator – what's in it for you?

Your role as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Booking in and attending lettings viewings & valuations
  • Generating business both face to face and over the phone
  • Organising pre tenancy paperwork
  • Negotiating lets
  • Striving to meet and exceed KPIs and targets
  • Support Lettings Manager with the day to day running of the lettings department

What we're looking for:

  • Previous lettings experience is essential
  • Valuation experience and an understanding of the local market is paramount
  • Up-to-speed with the latest lettings legislation
  • Ideally you will be career driven and be looking to take on more responsibility as time goes on
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and be tech savvy
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
  • Have full UK driving licence and access to own car
