We’re working with a well-established and growing estate agency group that’s looking to add a Sales Progressor to their wider progression team. This role offers real flexibility, with the option to be based from any of their local offices across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, depending on what works best for you. You’ll be joining a collaborative team environment where progression is shared and supported, helping to keep sales moving smoothly from offer through to completion. Estate Agent Sales Progressor – Benefits

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £28,000
  • Strong commission structure which will equate to an additional £5000 on top of basic plus additional bonus for exchanges completed within 3 months

The successful Estate Agent Sales Progressor will ideally come from a similar role and have plenty of sales progression experience.

Within this role the Estate Agent Sales Progressor will be responsible for

  • Managing the end sales process. Taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
  • Liaising and build strong relationships with partner agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing partners
  • Responding to emails.
  • Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale
  • Plan and prevent potential hurdles where possible
  • Effectively and calmly problem solve
  • Responding to queries and arranging conference calls.

As an Estate Agent Sales Progressor you will have a natural ability to problem solve, think on your feet and rapport building skills are a must.
