Are you a driven, well-presented Sales Negotiator looking to join a growing estate agent in their office in Solihull? Our client is a long-standing, well-respected local estate agent with a successful existing branch that provides services across both sales and lettings in the area. They are looking to expand their sales team and are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them.

Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:
- Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
- Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
- Manage client records and feedback through our system
- Market new stock across multiple media platforms
- Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
- Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
