An excellent opportunity for a well presented, hard-working and energetic Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a market-leading team at their office in Cheltenham.   • Commission and bonus scheme £36,000 OTE dependent on salary band level

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
  • Booking and carrying out viewings
  • Negotiate and agree buyer offers
  • Spot opportunities for new business
  • Support with valuations if required
  • Support clients on their sales journey and update on progression if needed
  • Maintain and manage accurate administrative records

Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience in residential sales is required
  • You will have strong communication skills and place client care at the forefront of your duties
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will have excellent organisational skills
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential
  • Good local knowledge of Cheltenham is required
