An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a career driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join an award winning independent agent based in the Reading area. My clients are one of the areas most respected agents and are looking for a strong Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator who wants to be a part of a fantastic team.

Your role as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence
  • Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential tenants
  • Manage client records and feedback through our system
  • Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenant
  • Support marketing efforts and new business generation for the department
  • Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
  • Assist the wider department, ensuring all paperwork is order ready for move in

What we're looking for:

  • Two years Lettings experience is required
  • Up-to-speed with the latest lettings legislation
  • Ideally you will be career driven and be looking to take on more responsibility as time goes on
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and be tech savvy
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
  • Have full UK driving licence and access to own car
