We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a friendly, professional team in Reading, offering the opportunity to manage your own portfolio while building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
As Property Manager, what's in it for you?

Your role as a Property Manager
- Managing your own portfolio of residential properties and acting as the main point of contact for landlords
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Managing tenancy issues from start to finish, providing practical solutions and resolving problems efficiently
- Coordinating scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Handling enquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate tenancy administration and compliance records
- Keeping up to date with current legislation and ensuring your portfolio remains fully compliant
- Supporting colleagues where required and contributing to a collaborative team environment
What we're looking for from a Property Manager
- A minimum of two years' property management experience
- A confident and proactive approach to tenancy management and problem solving
- Someone who genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- A positive, progressive mindset with the curiosity to continue learning and developing professionally
- Patience, resilience and the ability to remain calm when handling challenging situations
- Strong communication, organisation and IT skills
- A professional and well-presented approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
