A fantastic opportunity for an organised and diligent Property Manager to join a leading independent property management agent within their office in Malvern. My clients have an extensive portfolio across the county and are now looking for a hard-working and experienced Property Manager to join the team.

Benefits:

  • £24,000 - £27,000 basic salary DOE plus incentives
  • Monday - Friday position
  • Parking on site

Duties:

  • Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
  • Organising inspections and check outs
  • Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices
  • Ensuring property compliance such as EICR’s, gas safety and EPC certifications
  • Dealing with deposit disputes
  • Organising tenancy paperwork
  • Getting involved in serving section notices as required

Experience Needed:

  • Previous property management experience is essential
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
  • Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
