  • Ensuring property compliance.
  • Dealing with deposit disputes.
  • Organising tenancy paperwork.
  • Getting involved in serving section notices as required.
  • Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
  • General Property Manager duties.

Experience Needed:

  • Previous property management experience is essential.
