My clients have developed a fantastic reputation based on exceptional levels of customer service and are looking for an Office Sales Manager to look after the day to day running of the branch, ensuring that the sales team is supported and performing as best as they can.
Estate Agent Office Sales Manager– Package:
- £28k basic salary plus commission OTE of £35,000
- On site parking
- 20 days plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down

- The successful Estate Agent Office Sales Manager will have experience as a Senior Negotiator or above and have a keen eye for detail coupled with a natural sales ability in order to maximise opportunities and lead you team.
The Estate Agent Office Sales Manager – Duties:
- Overseeing the office and ensure the office is operating well day to day.
- Hold daily meetings with the team to ensure productivity communicate sales updates, upcoming days events and offer assistance if necessary.
- Ensure sales valuations are followed up on.
- Offer training, development and mentoring to staff members.
- Generate viewings and valuations
- Ensure viewings are followed up on and the sales process is followed through thoroughly
- Support on sales progression, ensuring a smooth process through to exchange
- Take down and present offers and supporting your wider team to close on sales
- Ensure CRM systems and administration duties are completed by the team to the necessary standard
- Ensure service levels are maintained across the branch at all times.
Estate Agent Office Sales Manager– Experience Needed:
- To be the Estate Agent Office Sales Manager you will need at least 3 years’ experience within the industry, with experience as a Senior Negotiator or above.
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
