We are seeking an exceptional Senior Branch Manager to lead a high-performing, fast-paced office operating across residential sales, lettings, and the student market, delivering high-volume results in every division per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across residential sales, lettings, and the student market, setting clear expectations and driving a strong performance culture.
  • Take full responsibility for branch performance, ensuring consistently high-volume results and identifying opportunities to grow market share and revenue.
  • Act as the key link between the team and senior leadership, effectively communicating business goals, reporting on performance, and implementing strategic direction.
  • Provide hands-on support within daily operations, remaining visible and accessible while leading from the front during busy periods.
  • Manage, coach, and support team members at all levels, balancing a people-first approach with the ability to challenge and hold individuals accountable.
  • Oversee and optimise processes across all departments to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an excellent customer experience.
  • Handle escalations, resolve complex issues, and navigate challenges with professionalism and sound judgement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and key stakeholders, enhancing the branch’s reputation in the local market.
  • Drive new business generation and support the team in securing instructions, listings, and deals across all areas.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and keep the branch ahead in a competitive environment.
  • Work closely with the Director to review performance, set targets, and implement initiatives that support continued growth.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior / Branch Manager / Area Manager in volume estate agency.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market is desired.
