An exceptionally rare opportunity has arisen for a strong, business winning Lettings Valuer / Negotiator to join a well established, highly respected, multi branch independent agent in Levenshulme.
This role will see you working within an established branch team, carrying out valuations, viewings and dealing with applications.

- Lettings Valuer / Negotiator – Duties
- To create and arrange market appraisals, identifying client needs and securing new listings
- Have a deep understanding of services and products, ensuring clients receive the best service in line with their requirements
- Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained ready for the property to be marketed.
- To deal with applicant enquiries and applications, ensuring all required information and documentation is obtained and on record
- To conduct viewings and negotiate on lets
- Lettings Valuer / Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous experience in lettings is essential
- Up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation and landlord / tenant laws is
- Experience of conducting lettings valuations is required for this role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Confidence in dealing with a variety of people both face to face, over the phone and in person
- Able to work as part of a team but also super efficient and self motivated to work alone.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client facing role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages and good keyboard skills.
- Experience of working in a fast paced, busy environment.
- A positive and adaptive attitude to help the team achieve their goals.
- Pro-active and a desire to achieve results.
- Full driving license required.
