An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Sheffield. The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team.

Duties
- To work with the lettings team to achieve targets, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant.
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback.
- Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
- Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
- Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
- Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants.
Experience Needed
- Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous.
- Sales/ Customer Service experience.
- Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages.
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
- You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry.
