A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join this quality, local independent estate agent in Oxford. My client has a very settled and established team and due to the rare opening within it they are looking for a conscientious, customer service driven team member to join them.

Duties
- Play your part in helping to continue to build the brand and reputation in the local marketplace.
- Work with existing landlords to ensure their properties are let quickly, efficiently and to high standards
- Conduct property inspections
- Generate and book viewings for available stock
- Organising pre tenancy paperwork
- Dealing with general incoming calls and emails from tenants and landlords
- Ad hoc office duties
Experience Needed
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
- Use of your own vehicle is essential for this role
- You will be a customer centric individual with a keen attention to detail, a team player who enjoys working collaboratively to ensure a quality and seamless service is provided.
