A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join this quality, local independent estate agent in Oxford. My client has a very settled and established team and due to the rare opening within it they are looking for a conscientious, customer service driven team member to join them.

Duties

  • Play your part in helping to continue to build the brand and reputation in the local marketplace.
  • Work with existing landlords to ensure their properties are let quickly, efficiently and to high standards
  • Conduct property inspections
  • Generate and book viewings for available stock
  • Organising pre tenancy paperwork
  • Dealing with general incoming calls and emails from tenants and landlords
  • Ad hoc office duties

Experience Needed

  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
  • Use of your own vehicle is essential for this role
  • You will be a customer centric individual with a keen attention to detail, a team player who enjoys working collaboratively to ensure a quality and seamless service is provided.
