We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a multi-branch independent agent, to be based within their office in Cardiff.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flair and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well-established team.
Benefits- £25,500 basic salary plus commission

- To work with the lettings team to achieve targets, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant
- Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace
- Dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
- Negotiating new tenancies
- Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in
- Ensuring a smooth handover of keys and that tenants
- Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is essential
- Previous experience working with the general public
- Previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
- You will be driven and keen to progress your career within the lettings industry
