Benefits

Duties
  • Managing an existing portfolio of circa 100 properties, with a clear objective to grow this to 120 by year end
  • Proactively generating new business through local market activity, referrals, and applicant engagement
  • Conducting property viewings and delivering a high-quality, consultative experience to applicants
  • Confidently negotiating and agreeing lets, ensuring the best possible outcome for landlords
  • Maximising all opportunities to convert enquiries into viewings, offers, and new instructions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, providing regular updates and advice
  • Carrying out property inspections and reporting back to landlords where required
  • Preparing inventories and ensuring all pre-tenancy documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Handling inbound enquiries from landlords and tenants, managing these efficiently and professionally
  • Keeping all records, CRM systems, and paperwork up to date
  • Working closely with the wider team and admin support to ensure a smooth lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
Experience Needed
  • Previous experience within residential lettings is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business generation
  • Comfortable managing a varied and hands-on role
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
