- Conducting detailed inventory reports prior to the commencement of tenancies.
- Carrying out thorough check‑out inspections at the end of tenancies.
- Completing routine mid‑term property inspections.
- Producing accurate, professional reports using specialist inventory software.
- Uploading reports and photographs to the internal database.
- Liaising closely with the property management team to ensure reports are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
