  • Inventory & Inspections Clerk – Duties
  • Conducting detailed inventory reports prior to the commencement of tenancies.
  • Carrying out thorough check-out inspections at the end of tenancies.
  • Completing routine mid-term property inspections.
  • Producing accurate, professional reports using specialist inventory software.
  • Uploading reports and photographs to the internal database.
  • Liaising closely with the property management team to ensure reports are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Inventory & Inspections Clerk – Experience Needed
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Property Inspector or within residential lettings would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right individual.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, accurate written reports.
  • Confident using IT systems and mobile technology.
  • Highly organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
