- Inventory & Inspections Clerk β Duties
- Conducting detailed inventory reports prior to the commencement of tenancies.
- Carrying out thorough check-out inspections at the end of tenancies.
- Completing routine mid-term property inspections.
- Producing accurate, professional reports using specialist inventory software.
- Uploading reports and photographs to the internal database.
- Liaising closely with the property management team to ensure reports are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Inventory & Inspections Clerk β Experience Needed
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Property Inspector or within residential lettings would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, accurate written reports.
- Confident using IT systems and mobile technology.
- Highly organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred.
