Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence
- Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential tenants
- Manage client records and feedback through our system
- Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenant
- Support marketing efforts and new business generation for the department
- Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Assist the wider department, ensuring all paperwork is order ready for move in
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months industry experience
