My clients are one of the areas most respected agents and are looking for a strong Senior Lettings Negotiator who wants to be a part of an award winning team.

Your role as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Booking in and attending lettings viewings & valuations
- Generating business both face to face and over the phone
- Organising pre tenancy paperwork
- Negotiating lets
- Striving to meet and exceed KPIs and targets
- Support Lettings Manager with the day to day running of the lettings department
What we're looking for:
- Previous lettings experience is essential
- Valuation experience and an understanding of the local market is paramount
- Up-to-speed with the latest lettings legislation
- Career driven and looking to take on more responsibility
- Strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- Solid IT skills and tech savvy
- Negotiation skills are key; well-spoken and well-presented
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car
