A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part‑time Commercial Property Manager to join a well respected, hands‑on commercial property business based at their office in Droitwich.
My clients have a lovely team and due to continued growth, are looking for an experienced candidate to join the team on a part‑time basis.
Commercial Property Manager – what's in it for you?
- Part‑time
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary FTE (to be pro rata)

Your role as a Commercial Property Manager
- Assisting with effective management of the commercial portfolio
- Be the main point of contact for tenants
- Carry out regular site visits
- Assist with financial admin, including basic arrears chasing
- Assist with the management of service charge and budgets
- Assisting with property repairs and maintenance enquiries – ensuring satisfactory completion of works and maintaining high standards
- Assisting with the evaluation and amendments of budgets and accounts
- Adhere to current legislation and compliance
What we're looking for from a Commercial Property Manager
- Previous property management experience essential – those with backgrounds in block or commercial are strongly preferred
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter‑personal skills
