Your role as a Lettings Coordinator:
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries
- Oversee tenant application forms and referencing
- Maintain accurate records – organisation is key
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to schedule inspections and check outs – building relationships is important!
- Provide compliance guidance and organise necessary safety checks
- Create and prepare tenancy agreements for move ins
- Oversee and manage all rent guarantee policies for the portfolio
