Are you looking for a varied property role and a chance to work in commercial property management? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part‑time Commercial Property Manager to join a well respected, hands‑on commercial property business based at their office in Droitwich. My clients have a lovely team and due to continued growth, are looking for an experienced candidate to join the team on a part‑time basis.

Your role as a Commercial Property Manager:

  • Assisting with effective management of the commercial portfolio
  • Be the main point of contact for tenants
  • Carry out regular site visits
  • Assist with financial admin, including basic arrears chasing
  • Assist with the management of service charge and budgets
  • Assisting with property repairs and maintenance enquiries – ensuring satisfactory completion of works and maintaining high standards
  • Assisting with the evaluation and amendments of budgets and accounts
  • Adhere to current legislation and compliance

What we're looking for from a Commercial Property Manager:

  • Previous property management experience essential – those with backgrounds in block or commercial are strongly preferred
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter‑personal skills
  • You are looking for career progression and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding company
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage own time effectively
  • You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
  • Driving licence and access to own car is a must
