A fantastic opportunity for an organised and diligent Property Manager to join a leading independent Estate Agency within their award-winning office in Bristol. My clients have an unrivalled reputation and are keen to add a personable, customer service driven candidate to their team. The successful candidate must have previous Property Management experience and a desire to grow and succeed in the industry.
Benefits
- £27,000 basic salary
- OTE £30,000 (uncapped commission)
- Monday to Friday only
- Parking provided
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Duties
- Managing a portfolio of managed residential units
- Booking and carrying out property inspections and check outs
- Oversee repairs and safety checks
- Process end of tenancy administration and deposit returns
- Liaise with both Landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance across the portfolio
- Work with the wider Lettings team
Experience Needed:
- Experience in property management required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
- Self-motivated, with a genuine interest in property and people
- A team player who can also work independently
- Full UK driving licence and own car
