My client is a long-standing, predominantly lettings-focused business with a successful sales arm, known locally for their friendly, personal approach and exceptional staff retention. This is an agency that prides itself on relationships, reputation and repeat business rather than volume or rigid KPIs. The role of Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator is varied, consultative and highly client-focused. Rather than being driven by targets or call quotas, the emphasis is on providing a thoughtful, personal service and building long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. This position would suit an all-round negotiator who enjoys guiding clients through the process, taking ownership and delivering a genuinely positive experience.
Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator Benefits:- 25,000 basic salary
