We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual to join a leading independent agent as a Branch Manager at their office in Worcester. This agent is forward-thinking and has several well-established offices dotted around the local area. This role will come with a lot of autonomy and the ability to implement process, procedure and business development ideas that you think will benefit the overall success of the business.

Your role as a Branch Manager:
- Driving the team and leading from the front to be the best branch in the area
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue streams through maximising opportunity
- Provide support and guidance to clients, giving balanced advice and delivering an accurate marketing strategy
- Work closely with Directors to maximise market share within the local area
- Stay up to date with market trends, economic factors, and property values in the local area
- Measure KPIs and staff performance
- Handle any complaints that may arise
- Coaching, leading and mentoring your team both individually and together
- Attend management meetings
- Carry out valuations in lieu of Valuer
What we’re looking for from a Branch Manager:
- Previous managerial experience is required – a minimum of two years is preferred
- A proven Valuer who enjoys being hands on within a branch
- Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
- Natural leadership and sales ability is essential
- A real love for the industry
- Local area knowledge
- NAEA or ARLA qualification desirable
- A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Solid IT skills & attention to detail
- A well-presented and professional approach
- Punctuality & great organisational skills
