As a Student Lettings Administrator, what’s in it for you?

Your role as a Student Lettings Administrator:
- Act as the point of contact for all replacement and new student tenancies
- Auditing – making sure all properties have the correct paperwork
- Maintain accurate records – organisation is key
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to schedule inspections – building relationships is important!
- Manage social media channels to promote available stock
- Assist with onboarding new managed properties to ensure we’ve got everything we need
- Assist with deposit returns, renewals, viewings and all things Lettings!
