Duties
- Booking in and conducting valuations with all efforts in securing instructions
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- Following office procedures & policies
- Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Registering Applicants and attending viewings
- All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
- Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
- Ad hoc valuations
- Provide support to the branch manager as required
Experience Needed
- Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiation is essential of at least 2 years
- Ideally some experience in conducting valuations and winning new business
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will be target driven and ambitious
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
- Full driving licence and use of your own vehicle
