As Estate Agent Branch Manager, what’s on offer to you:

Estate Agent Branch Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead your sales team to meet and exceed branch revenue targets
- Deliver a high-quality, customer‑first experience to enhance local market share
- Run daily team meetings and set clear team goals and achievements for the day ahead
- Win new instructions, carry out market appraisals and maintain a strong pipeline of quality stock to support your team
- Drive business development with a proactive and innovative mindset
- Be a hands‑on valuer and lister, leading from the front and demonstrating best practice to the team
- Keep up‑to‑date with all agreed sales, monitor their progress, and assist the team with any issues that arise
- Provide hands‑on leadership and day‑to‑day operational management of the branch
- Coach and mentor your team, nurturing both them as individuals and as a team to ensure branch success
What we are looking for from an Estate Agent Branch Manager
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Branch Manager within estate agency
- Strong residential sales experience with a proven track record of winning instructions
- A confident valuer and lister with a hands‑on approach to leadership
- Excellent communication and people‑management skills
- A commercially minded leader who thrives on hitting targets and delivering results
- Organised, driven, and able to think strategically and creatively
- A genuine team player who leads by example and is comfortable being actively involved in the day‑to‑day running of the branch
