My client is on the lookout for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team and support in the day to day operations of the lettings department.
Lettings Negotiator role – What’s in It for You?

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and being active in all aspects of the lettings process
- Ensure property compliance, maintaining gas safety, EPC and EICR certification, arranging contractors where needed
- Engage with clients—handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries with exceptional customer service
- Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
- Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared
- Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process
- Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market
- Keep up to date with evolving legislation
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential
- Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- A full driving license & access to a vehicle
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings
