Lettings Negotiator role – What’s in It for You?

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Responding to and managing enquiries in the morning, arranging viewings.
- Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and be active in all aspects of the lettings process.
- Conduct property viewings, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants.
- Oversee smooth move‑ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared.
- Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process.
- Keep up to date with new legislation and ensure the company adapts policies where necessary.
- Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market.
- If experienced in conducting market appraisals, you will naturally adopt this duty in addition to the above.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential.
- Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Strong knowledge of the lettings process from enquiry to move‑in.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- A full driving licence & access to a vehicle.
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings.
