Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence
  • Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential tenants
  • Manage client records and feedback through our system
  • Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenant
  • Support marketing efforts and new business generation for the department
  • Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
  • Assist the wider department, ensuring all paperwork is order ready for move in
