Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator

  • Responding to and managing your enquiries in the morning, arranging viewings.
  • Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and be active in all aspects of the lettings process.
  • Conduct property viewings, around the Harborne area, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants.
  • Oversee smooth move‑ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process.
  • Keeping up to date with new legislation and ensuring the company adapts policies where necessary.
  • Conduct business development to generate new opportunities, driving growth within the lettings department.
  • Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential.
  • Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong knowledge of the lettings process from enquiry to move in.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • A full driving licence & access to a vehicle.
