Sales Negotiator

• Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression

• Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors & buyers

• Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team

• Following office procedures & policies

• Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets

• Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market

• Registering applicants and attending viewings

• All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted

• Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material

• Ad hoc valuations

A new position has arisen for a well-spoken, well presented and customer service driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join one of Pershore’s well established agents., * Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential

• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills

• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems

• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key

• You will be well spoken and well presented

• You will be target driven and ambitious

• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance

• Up to £27,000 basic salary plus commission

• Parking on site
