GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with an award winning, highly successful, prestigious Estate Agents located in Worcester. We are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Property Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This position is working Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:00pm or 9:00am - 17:30pm) offering a salary up to Β£30K pending experience. We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate a minimum of 12 months in a similar Property Management position with excellent communication and organisational skills. This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected and welcoming team of professionals.

Property Manager duties:

  • Day to day management of a portfolio of properties.
  • Managing and reporting maintenance issues and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Communicating with clients and tenants.
  • Communicating with contractors.
  • Chasing overdue rents.
  • Arranging and completing property visits on a regular basis.
  • Written communication to Landlords concerning maintenance required and action taken as per their terms of business.
  • Carrying out check out visits at the end of a tenancy.
  • Creating a comprehensive check out report for the return of the tenant’s deposit.
  • Negotiating deposit disputes.

Property Manager desired skills and experience:
