Lettings Negotiator – Duties

• Work with existing landlords to ensure their properties are let quickly and whilst achieving best market rental price possible
• Lettings viewings
• Organising pre tenancy paperwork
• Reach out to potential new landlords, detailing the benefits of working with you
• Ad hoc office duties

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Lettings experience is essential for this role
• Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
• Full UK driving license.
