Your Role as a Lettings Consultant:
- Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence
- Book viewings and property inspections
- Coordinate move ins and organise tenant referencing
- Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenants
- Schedule compliance certificates and repair access with Landlords and tenants
- Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Maintain accurate records across CRM platforms
What we’re looking for from a Lettings Consultant:
- Minimum of 12 months industry experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Goodlord and Street is highly desirable
- Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
