Based within the property management department, this office-based role involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing your own portfolio of properties and acting as a point of contact, liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords on a daily basis.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants
  • Arrange and review reports for check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and professional transitions
  • Administer deposit protection and manage deposit returns
  • Proactively resolve rental arrears, liaising confidently with landlords and tenants
  • Work closely with the dedicated maintenance and repairs team to ensure works are completed efficiently
  • Coordinate safety certifications and ensure full compliance across the portfolio
  • Coordinate and review reports on property inspections and inventories and provide detailed landlord feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the property management system
  • Ensure that clients receive legally accurate, practical and timely solutions/responses to their enquiries and problems
  • Ensure your portfolio adheres to its legal obligations and compliance at all times
  • Stay on top of changing lettings legislation, ensuring your knowledge and expertise is current and up to date
  • Assist the lettings teams with ad hoc viewings as needed

What We’re Looking For in a Property Manager:

  • Previous Property Management experience is essential
  • ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail — you take pride in keeping everything running smoothly
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
  • Confidence using property management systems and handling administrative tasks efficiently
