A superb opportunity has arisen for an office-based Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join this respected, RICS-accredited Estate Agency in the Quinton / Halesowen area. My clients are a leading local agent with a long‑standing reputation built on quality standards, solid processes and a level of service that’s rarely matched. They are now looking for a like‑minded individual to join their team.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of properties at varying stages of the sales cycle — onboarding new instructions, arranging viewings, gathering feedback, negotiating offers and progressing your own sales through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding new stock, carrying out client checks and completing all listing admin
  • Arranging viewings for the in‑house viewing rep
  • Collecting and reporting viewing feedback
  • Taking, negotiating and closing offers
  • Managing sales progression from offer accepted to exchange
  • Building strong relationships with partner agents, brokers and conveyancers
  • Responding to emails and maintaining clear communication with all parties
  • Keeping clients fully informed throughout the process
  • Gathering required documentation for sales completion
  • Identifying and preventing potential hurdles
  • Calm and effective problem‑solving
  • Maintaining the highest levels of service at all times

You’ll be a confident, empathetic communicator with a natural ability to deal with people at all levels, building rapport quickly and maintaining it.

Experience Needed
  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience in a similar environment is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
