A leading property buying and management company specialising in nationwide fast, hassle-free property sales for homeowners in time-sensitive or complex situations is now seeking a driven Sales Manager to support end-to-end property transactions. You will be combining strong valuation judgement with a consultative, client-focused sales approach. The business is built around providing certainty, speed, and empathy to clients who need clear solutions and a quick, reliable and fair sale process.

- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day every 2 years (up to 25 days)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales & Deal Management
- Manage the full property sale from enquiry through to completion
- Support homeowners in complex or sensitive situations with clear guidance and reassurance
- Prepare fair, competitive property offers using valuation data and market knowledge
- Progress transactions through legal, financial, and administrative stages
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Client Engagement & Negotiation
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads
- Build strong client relationships from first contact
- Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Negotiate effectively while maintaining trust and rapport
- Valuation, Data & Decision Making
- Assess and value property opportunities using market data and internal referencing models
- Use CRM and reporting tools to monitor pipeline and performance
- Apply commercial judgement aligned with market conditions
- CRM & Pipeline Management
- Own and manage the sales pipeline through CRM systems
- Coordinate with solicitors, agents, and internal teams for smooth completions
- Support post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience
Skills & Experience Required:
- UK property sector experience with understanding of valuation principles
- Experience in a sales, customer service or client-facing role
- Ability to manage full sales cycle from enquiry to completion
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Competent in CRM systems, MS Office, and property/valuation tools
- Ability to interpret data and produce accurate financial assessments
- Understanding of UK property legal and compliance processes
- Ideally be a member of industry bodies such as NAEA Propertymark or ARLA although not essential
