A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a warm, well-established independent Estate Agency. My client is a long-standing, predominantly lettings-focused business with a successful sales arm, known locally for their friendly, personal approach and exceptional staff retention. This is an agency that prides itself on relationships, reputation and repeat business rather than volume or rigid KPIs. Led by a genuinely supportive owner who believes in doing right by clients, this is a rare opportunity to join a team where people feel valued and stay long term.
The role of Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator is varied, consultative and highly client-focused. Rather than being driven by targets or call quotas, the emphasis is on providing a thoughtful, personal service and building long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. This position would suit an all-round negotiator who enjoys guiding clients through the process, taking ownership and delivering a genuinely positive experience.
Benefits

Responsibilities
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Obtaining viewing feedback
- Negotiating sales and lets
- Listening to potential buyers and tenants requirements and finding the best suited property
- Carrying out administration duties from start to move in across both sales and lettings
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
- Conducting tenant checks and AML checks
- Working within the team to provide a cohesive, client first service at all times
Skills and Requirements
- Experience across either lettings, sales or both
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A warm, personable and empathetic approach to clients
- Ability to manage relationships with care, professionalism and attention to detail
- Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
- Recent experience working within the property sector would be advantageous
