Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Build relationships with Landlords, handling enquiries with confidence
- Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential tenants
- Manage client records and feedback through our system
- Negotiate and handle offers, and any queries between Landlord and tenant
- Action repairs across a portion of the managed portfolio
- Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- Carry out routine property visits
