Your role as a Lettings Compliance Administrator:

  • Proactively manage the renewal of compliance certificates
  • Auditing – making sure all properties have the correct paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records – organisation is key
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to schedule inspections – building relationships is important!
  • Provide compliance guidance and support to the lettings and maintenance teams
  • Assist with onboarding new managed properties to ensure we’ve got everything we need
