Your role as a Lettings Compliance Administrator:
- Proactively manage the renewal of compliance certificates
- Auditing – making sure all properties have the correct paperwork
- Maintain accurate records – organisation is key
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to schedule inspections – building relationships is important!
- Provide compliance guidance and support to the lettings and maintenance teams
- Assist with onboarding new managed properties to ensure we’ve got everything we need
