- £30,000 basic salary
- £35,000 OTE (uncapped)

Lettings Business DevelopmentManager – Duties
- To create and arrange market appraisals, identifying client needs and aligning them with suitable service levels
- Have a deep understanding of our services and products, seeking cross-selling opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained before property marketing
- Building long-lasting relationships with landlords and property investors
- Managing offers, negotiations, and tenancy queries with professionalism
- Leading day-to-day operations and supporting overall branch performance
- Implementing new ideas and spotting opportunities to grow the portfolio
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members as the business expands
- Ensuring all processes meet current lettings legislation and standards
- Hitting key performance indicators and annual business targets
Lettings Business DevelopmentManager – Experience Needed
- A minimum of 12 months experience in valuations and winning new business
- Up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.Strong administrative skills with an attention to detail
- Confidence in dealing with a variety of people both in face, over the phone and in person
- Able to work as part of a team and alone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client facing role.
- ARLA qualified or willing to work towards an ARLA qualification.
