A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Office Lettings Manager to join a thriving mid-high end independent Estate Agency within their award winning office in St Clements.
My clients have developed a fantastic reputation based on exceptional levels of customer service and are looking for an Assistant Office Lettings Manager to look after the day to day running of the branch, in the Lettings managers absence and deal with general compliance and Lettings Progression.
Assistant Office Lettings Manager– Package:
- £28k – £35k basic salary plus commission
- On site parking
- 20 days plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down

The successful Assistant Office Lettings Manager will have strong experience in either lettings or property management, be well presented and strong customer facing and over the phone.
Assistant Office Lettings Manager – Duties:
- Overseeing the Lettings office in the Lettings Managers absence.
- Support the Lettings Manager, drafting and sending out paperwork.
- Ensuring compliance prior to move in.
- Proofreading contracts and sending out.
- Tenancy Progression.
- Some viewings.
- Ad hoc support.
Assistant Office Lettings Manager – Experience Needed:
- Strong lettings knowledge.
- Ability to step into other areas of lettings as required.
- Strong face to face and telephone skills.
- Full UK driving license.
