Due to fantastic growth, our award-winning healthcare client in Coventry are looking for a Care Coordinator to join their team. Joining an established, Domiciliary, Complex and Supported Living provider, as their Care Coordinator, you will provide quality service to clients and ensure a strong and caring team is developed and managed.
Care Coordinator background and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of Health and Social Care experience.
- Experience in Domiciliary Care, Complex (CHC/ICB), Supported Living Care, Live-in Care.
- Exceptional coordinating and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Proficient in using Bookings and Rota software experience.
- Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail.
Care Coordinator package:
- Up to £30,000 per annum basic (negotiable).
- Excellent bonus scheme.
- Funded training, development and qualifications.
- Monday to Friday office hours.
