We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Marketing Assistant to join our Digital Commerce channel. This high-impact role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign development and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and external customers/agencies. They will own campaign delivery, customer activation, and performance tracking, ensuring continuous optimisation and impact. The role requires a strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking to unlock growth opportunities and strengthen our brands across digital commerce channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the development of channel-specific content and creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, performance objectives, and HFSS compliance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, including Test & Learns, and launch new routes to market, through identification of new sales channels and retailers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external Performance Marketing and Retail Media teams to activate paid and organic media campaigns, refine targeting, and optimise for strategy.
  • Coordinate campaign launches with new and existing customers, media agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data and insights to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Delivery of high-performing, insight-led digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, conversion, and brand visibility using best-in-class content and creative.
  • Measurable improvements in campaign KPIs (e.g. ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) through continuous optimisation.
  • Clear and actionable performance reporting, translating data into insights and future campaign recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure aligned and integrated marketing execution across all channels.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Experience in media, marketing, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, retail media, or eCommerce activation.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to optimise campaigns and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with digital media channels (e.g. paid social, retail media, programmatic, or search) and creative asset development.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a passion for digital innovation, consumer trends, and emerging commerce models.
