You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and external support partners to resolve issues, maintain system performance and ensure technology is used effectively across the organisation. Alongside day-to-day operational support, you'll contribute to continuous service improvements, knowledge management initiatives and the development of robust business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical advice, guidance and first-line support to users, helping them get the most from IT systems and services.
  • Supporting the administration, maintenance and daily operation of key IT systems while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, improve services and contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery activities.
  • Delivering user training, promoting safe working practices and supporting continuous improvement across the IT function.

Who we are looking for

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for technology, strong customer service skills and a desire to build a successful career within IT and digital services. You'll enjoy solving problems, communicating with a wide range of people and taking ownership of tasks to deliver excellent support and service.

You'll bring a solid technical foundation, coupled with a proactive approach to learning and continuous professional development. Whether you've recently completed your qualification or already gained some practical experience, you'll be eager to expand your knowledge and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • An ONC in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Studies or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and a good understanding of one or more technical areas.
  • Experience providing customer-focused IT support, advice and guidance within a first-line support environment.
  • Ideally, an ITIL Foundation qualification or an understanding of IT service management best practices.

Ready to start your IT career journey?

This is more than just a development opportunity, it's your chance to join a team where your contribution is valued, your ideas are welcomed and your professional growth is actively supported.
