In this role, you’ll be the central support for the Harwell and Winfrith teams supporting training needs across the two sites and providing administrative support within the Admin Team across the B462 Complex and to the wider Harwell site.

You will:

  • Work with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to plan, organise and deliver training needs across Harwell and Winfrith.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer and client training queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with internal colleagues and LMS partners to improve the delivery of training.
  • Coordinate a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring meetings run smoothly, documents are well maintained, and data is captured accurately to support B462 and the wider Harwell site.

Who are we looking for:

You’ll be organised, proactive and dependable, someone who enjoys enabling others to do their best work and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You should have strong digital skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the confidence to work accurately with data and manage varied administrative tasks. An A Level (or equivalent) and proven administrative experience are essential. Experience of organising multiple activities in a fast-paced environment is desirable, but what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay organised and bring a positive, solution‑focused approach.

You will bring:

  • Solid administrative experience and confidence managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with accuracy in handling data and documents.
